An ever-moving target, multi-cultural competency and advanced levels of inclusions in our professional world are not simply desired, but required for ethical treatment of employees and the ways in which we engage with the communities which we serve.

Dr. Chapple-Love is a cultural competency consultant who works with agencies and organizations to assist them in developing their own diversity, equity, and inclusion programming and policies that they can then implement to ensure their workplace is safer for all those present.
