My Approach

Elle Psychological Services, LLC, provides individual therapeutic services and diversity, equity, and inclusion training and speaking engagements. 

 

I have a clinical focus on diverse populations (e.g., LGBTQIA+, Black communities, BIPOC, etc.) and the ways that they process and can excel while living within systems of oppression and majority culture spaces. I promote discussions utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy through a multicultural lens. I recognize it can be difficult to find clinicians in our community, who look like us, who I don't have to explain my culture to. We are here. I am here.
