learn how to thrive and not just survive. Regardless of who you vote for, this
book discusses techniques that can be used to lower stress responses for body
and mind, not just during election years but for your future. While everyone
could benefit from stress- relieving techniques, this book has a particular
focus upon the impact of elections for Black and Indigenous People of
